3. Sharing Your Information

3.1 Shared Between Customers and Drivers:

• During a Trip: Drivers receive customers’ pickup/drop-off locations and contact details for coordination. Customers see drivers’ names, vehicle details, and contact information.
• Post-Trip: Customers and drivers may view each other’s ratings and reviews.

3.2 Shared with Third Parties:

• Data is not shared with third parties.

 

4. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Once no longer required, your data will be deleted or anonymized.

• Location Data: You can control location tracking permissions through your device settings. Note: Disabling location access may limit app functionality.

All financial transactions between customers and drivers are conducted in cash. There are no electronic payment options within the app. Customers are required to pay drivers directly in cash at the end of the trip.
